DELTA Services, Inc. is a full service environmental and demolition specialty contractor serving customer locations throughout the State of Indiana. We are your experts in the evaluation and control of environmental hazards, and the selective demolition/interior strip-out of architectural finishes and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) components to facilitate large scale renovations. We specialize in long term facility maintenance programs and large scale renovations projects at occupied facilities.

Demolition - Interior and selective demolition services including complete strip-outs and specialized sitework and architectural/MEP demolition required to accommodate new construction or renovation activities at commercial/industrial properties, medical facilities, and for historical renovations.

Environmental - Abatement of bio-hazards including mold abatement, bird droppings(hystoplasmosis related bacteria), flood/fire damage,and other special waste clean-up projects related to indoor air quality, demolition, restoration projects, and plant closures.

Lead/Mold - Abatement of lead based paint hazards using mechanical and chemical stripping, abrasive and non-abrasive blasting/cleaning techniques at commercial properties and for historical renovations. We also handle other lead hazards such as x-ray room lining removal at medical facility renovations.

We specialize in Mold Remediation using our extensive background in asbestos/lead abatement and state of the art techniques to rid this health menace from residential and commercial properties.

Testing/Consulting - We can provide asbestos, lead, and bio-hazard inspections and consulting services as well as Phase 1 site investigations for commercial/industrial property transfers, renovation, or demolition projects and plant closures.

Asbestos Abatement - We provide removal, repair, or encapsulation services and specialize in long term facility maintenance contracts at commercial/industrial facilities throughout the State of Indiana. We can also provide reinsulation/replacement services. We specialize in complete abatement and demolition of facility components (such as piping, boilers, equipment, and interior finishes) for major renovations and facility demolition projects.
