Asbestos Field Laborer:
Candidate must possess
a valid Indiana Department of Environmental Management asbestos
license and training certificate. Candidate
must be willing to travel and be knowledgeable of containment
construction, glove bagging, PPE, etc. Must have valid
Indiana driver’s license. This position has potential
for advancement. Asbestos Supervisor:
Candidate must possess a valid Indiana Department of Environmental
Management asbestos supervisor license and training certificate.
Individual will be responsible for supervision of crew, air
monitoring, customer liaison and documentation. Ability to
repair and troubleshoot equipment problems is beneficial. Must
be able to interpret blueprints, contract drawings and specifications.
Related work experience within construction industry preferred.
OSHA 10 hour training is beneficial, but not required. Must
have a valid Indiana driver’s license. Traveling is required
throughout the state of Indiana. Good potential for advancement.
Certified Mold Remediator (CMR):
Candidate must possess current Indoor Air Quality Association,
Certified Mold Remediator certificate. Individuals must have
knowledge of the identification, investigation and removal
of microbiological contaminants from indoor surfaces. Building
construction background would be beneficial, but not required.
Must have valid Indiana driver’s license. Traveling is
required throughout the state of Indiana. Good potential for
advancement.
Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification
(IICRC), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT):
Candidate must possess a valid IICRC WRT license. Must be
experienced in structural drying, dehumidification, air scrubbing
and air movers. Candidate must be willing to travel. Must have
a valid Indiana driver’s license. Good potential for
advancement.
Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification
(IICRC), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT):
Candidate must possess current IICRC AMRT license and certificate.
Individuals must have knowledge of the identification, investigation
and removal of microbiological contaminants from indoor surfaces.
Building construction background would be beneficial, but not
required. Must have valid Indiana driver’s license. Traveling
is required throughout the state of Indiana. Good potential
for advancement.
